1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
A return or exchange request may be accepted in the following situations:
- Wrong product received.
- Product received in damaged or defective condition.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags, labels and packaging intact.
2. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

- The product has been used, washed, ironed, or altered.
- Original tags or labels have been removed.
- The product is damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
- The product is returned without original packaging or accessories, where applicable.

3. Return & Exchange Time Limit
All return or exchange requests must be raised within 4 days from the date of delivery. Requests received after 4 days from delivery will generally not be eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law.
4. Size Exchange
If the purchased size does not fit, you may request a size exchange, subject to availability.
The replacement size must be available in stock. If the requested size is unavailable, Komal Fabric may offer an alternative solution depending on the circumstances.
5. Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please keep the product, packaging, tags and shipping label safely until the issue has been reviewed.

6. Return / Exchange Request

- Reason for return/exchange
- Clear photographs/videos of the product, if requested

7. Return Shipping
Return shipping arrangements and charges may depend on the reason for return.
For a wrong, damaged or defective product attributable to Komal Fabric, the applicable return shipping cost will be handled according to our approved return process.
For other approved return or size-exchange requests, any applicable shipping charges will be communicated before the return/exchange is processed.
8. Refund
Once an eligible return or refund request is approved and the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will generally be processed within 7 to 30 days, depending on the payment method, verification requirements, and applicable processing requirements.
The actual time for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
For cash-on-delivery orders, additional information may be requested to process an approved refund.
9. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests received after 24 hours may not be accepted, particularly if the order has already been processed, packed, or dispatched.
